How Do I Care for My Diamond?
+Your diamond ring is covered by our Free Lifetime Service Plan, which includes the following services: reptipping of prongs, re-sizing, repairing damaged mountings, tightening of stones, refinishing and polishing, lifetime maintenance, and replacing of natural and lab-grown diamonds up to .20ctw. Once you are signed up, you will receive regular email reminders to bring your ring in for care.
Can I Trade in my Diamond in the Future?
+Yes! We offer a unique 110% lifetime diamond trade-in program. Whether you are celebrating a milestone or just looking for something new, we offer you the flexibility to trade your original engagement ring diamond for a different size, quality or shape. Get 110% of the original purchase price toward your new purchase! You'll only pay the difference. Applies to natural diamonds only. Offer is non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser. You are eligible one year after your original purchase.
