Shop for jewelry, timepieces, and gifts on BenariJewelers.com and enjoy complimentary free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.  No International Shipping available. Expedited shipping is available for a fee. An adult's signature is required for delivery of all orders.

Please expect an email from our team confirming we’ve received your order.

Alternatively, we invite you to pick up your order in-person at our Exton or Newtown Square locations. If picking up in person, please remember to bring valid photo identification along with the credit card used to place the order.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

We try to prepare all orders for shipment or pickup within 3-5 business days after payment is processed, excluding holidays and weekends. We’re committed to delivering luxury pieces that reflect the exceptional standards Benari Jewelers is known for. Occasionally, our meticulous quality control process may result in a brief delay in shipping to ensure every item meets our expectations—and yours.

Please note: While we strive to keep our online inventory and pricing accurate, there may be rare instances where an item listed as in stock is no longer available, or pricing has changed. All availability and prices are subject to final confirmation.

RETURN POLICY

To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may return your purchase within 30 days and receive a full refund. This excludes special orders or custom purchases.

Within 30 days of the purchase date, you may for any reason, exchange your purchase for another item of equal or more value.

PLEASE NOTE: Watches must be unworn and returned in their original packaging and must accompany original paperwork. All original tags, including security tags, must still be attached for a returned item to be accepted.

All custom merchandise is final sale and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. All sales are final if any jewelry or watch item has been sized or altered, engraved, or is a special order.
