Watch Service Guarantee
Owning a fine timepiece requires regular care and service to keep it functioning at its best. Our service department understands the importance of your timepiece and is committed to helping you improve and maintain its top condition. We guarantee your watch repair for one full year.
Overhaul Service Guarantee
BENARI JEWELERS will warrant, for 12 months from the date of service, all watch movement overhauls performed. In the event of a fault covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion and without cost, repair or replace any spare parts and/or rectify a faulty repair as identified by our Customer Service. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and/or damage caused by accidents or negligence. This warranty is rendered void if the work is carried out by anyone other than BENARI JEWELERS.
What is an Overhaul?
BENARI JEWELERS’ overhaul service ensures the longevity, performance, and value of your timepiece. Using the latest technology and manufactured-authorized parts, our high experienced team member’s work together to guarantee that your watch is properly serviced and tested.
The following operations are included in a Complete Maintenance/Overhaul Service:
- Dismantling, cleaning, assembly and lubrication of the watch movement
- Repair or replacement of worn or damaged movement parts
- Adjustment and regulation of the timekeeping to factory specifications
- Replacement of Crown, Push-Buttons, Gaskets, Battery (as needed)
- Restoration of Water Resistance to factory specifications
- Refurbishment of the case and bracelet to factory specifications (when applicable)
- Final quality control
On Site Rolex Watch Repair Center:
Our authorized Swiss-designed service workshop is fully equipped with state-of-the-art tooling. This unique workshop is enclosed in glass, which makes it possible to view our watchmakers, as they perform their craft, from inside and outside of the store.
Watch Winders:
Just like any fine luxury item, watches need special attention and care as well. Similar to a garage for your exotic and/or collectible automobile, your fine timepieces deserve a home of their own when not on your wrist. We offer a beautiful array of watch winders. Trade In Your Old Watch for a New One: This is an opportunity to finally get that special timepiece you've always wanted. Bring in your old watch and trade up value will be given on the purchase of a new watch. Trade in value will be assessed on site as you shop.
